On 21 – 23 August 2025, Mr. Chakkrid Krachaiwong, Director-General of Protocol Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led the delegation from Department of Protocol to Songkhla Province to conduct “Protocol Outreach Programme.” The objectives of the programme were to strengthen the confidence of the foreign missions in Songkhla Province on the services of Thai authorities and to promote the e-Protocol system. The delegation had an opportunity to discuss and exchange views on the facilitation of diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities with the representatives of foreign missions located in Songkhla Province, namely Mr. Ahmad Fahmi Bin Ahmad Sarkawi, Consul-General of Malaysia, Mr. Zhijian Wang, Consul-General of the People's Republic of China, and Mr. Mochammad Rizki Safary, Consul of the Republic of Indonesia. The meeting allowed the delegation to acknowledge concerns and issues raised by the representatives, so that Department of Protocol would be able to provide better facilitations of diplomatic privileges and immunities.

On 21 July 2025, the Department of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, held a seminar on "Preparation for Hosting Foreign Dignitaries Visits and International Conferences in Thailand in 2025" at the Dusit Thani Bangkok. More than 30 government agencies responsible for protocol and VIP services participated in the event.
