The delegation from the Department of Protocol, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to Khon Kaen Province to conduct “Protocol Outreach Programme.”
On 12 - 13 September 2025, Mr. Attapong Pantrat, Minister Counsellor, led the delegation from the Department of Protocol, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to Khon Kaen Province to conduct “Protocol Outreach Programme.” The objectives of the programme were to strengthen the confidence of the foreign missions in Khon Kaen Province on the services of Thai authorities and to promote the e-Protocol system.  The delegation had the opportunity to discuss and exchange views on the facilitation of diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities with the representatives from consular missions and International Organisation located in Khon Kaen Province, namely the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China, the Consulate-General of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the Consulate-General of Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the French Honorary Consulate, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Peru and Mekong Institute (MI).  The meeting was very beneficial for the improvements of the Protocol Department’s services.
