On 26 June 2023 H.E. Mrs. Vilawan Mangklatanakul presented the Letters of Credence to H.E. Mrs. Nataša Pirc Musar, President of the Republic of Slovenia, accrediting herself as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Slovenia.
On this occasion, the two sides exchanged views on various issues and reaffirmed their commitments to strengthen the bilateral relations between Thailand and Slovenia including the possibilities of exchanges of high-level visits, resumption of the Political Consultations and the Joint Economic Council meetings. Furthermore, both sides agreed to closely cooperate in international fora to promote their common interests such as in environment conservation and protection, sustainable development, and water management.
